I have been in roles including ASEAN Innovation Co-Lead for EY, Chief Growth Officer for Asia of a Public Listed Growth Agency of 500 people, been Head of Product or Strategy for Series C and A startups and advised on Product and Digital Strategy for 2 separate #1 national banks, sold business experimentation and consulting services to BCG, and sit on several startup and registered charity advisory boards.

Currently serving as Principal at Causality, I guide enterprise-grade organizations through venture building and scalable, Product-Led Growth strategies in the ASEAN market. I also bring global best practices from my collaborations with leading agencies and partners across ASEAN and America.

Previously, I co-led the Innovation division at EY-Parthenon, where I was instrumental in driving digital business models and transformation-led growth for large-scale clients. My portfolio includes leading commercial due diligence projects in ride-hailing industries, each averaging ~USD 200 million in value.

As a mentor for NUS Technology Access Programme, I've advised enterprise businesses on deep tech innovation, taking them from MVP to launch. My methodologies have been honed by leading complex digital strategies for billion-dollar brands and acquiring over 200,000 early users for venture-backed startups.

Notably, I've been an Innovation Ecosystem Commercialization Champion & Mentor, lending my expertise to accelerators, incubators, and VC funds.

I am particularly proud of my initiative, RE-PC, which focuses on recycling laptops for the underprivileged.
